Learning approach

Udyamivo uses business simulation to help first-time entrepreneurs examine decisions in a practice setting.

Practice before commitment

The simulator provides a bounded place to examine a decision. Its value lies in making assumptions discussable and alternatives testable. A scenario can simplify reality so a relationship becomes visible, provided the learner also understands what the exercise leaves outside its boundary.

Learning happens in the debrief

A result is only part of the session. Participants need space to explain why they chose a path and how their understanding changed. A facilitator can help distinguish a missing piece of information from an assumption that was present but untested.

A model with a stated purpose

Shop, café and production settings highlight different relationships. The learning approach begins with the question and the audience. A model should be clear about its simplified rules, avoiding the impression that a training outcome guarantees a real commercial result.
